Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Glutanova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
